Yea Seb, that dread is amazing to see on the table!

If only the rules allowed the Chapdread to act that way. What an incredible addition to the roster that would be.

Why cant thay act this way Chapdreads count as Chaplines, ok you cant attach them to the unit but you keep him close by and you get more controle over the DC.

Iv not got the rlue in front of me but i thing that would work.

He actually uses it as a Death Company dreadnought. Sam and Seb are famous! WOO!

Exactly. I was going to put as my comment "Chaplain Dreadnaught + two DCCW = Didn't read the rules".

I love that dreadnought. The moment it went online for sale, I purchased it. It's one of the very few "must haves" I've encountered with models.

Does anyone know, where the dread's arms and/or the power claws come from?
They don't look like the standard furioso ones and aren't the ones from forgeworld.
I always wanted to order one from FW but I didn't like the MKIV arms... but that one is a true beauty! :D

    *edit*
Okay, found it out myself... It's the Furioso arms. I just realized, that I didn't even notice that the model was revamped and that I have a very old one. Well, no I have to order 2 Furiosos ... *g*

I have a question for any orc players. Can a nob in charge of a shoota/slugga boys get the big shoota option? In the codex it does not say that he can as an option. I noticed before that Goatboy had the big shoota option with his mobs. Thanks for the help.

Yeah, he's a Venerable DC Dread. As soon as I saw the FW Chappie Dread released I thought it would be a perfect torso part to do my dread conversion. Thanks again to Sam for being pic master, and to BigRed for his help and actually getting us on the site - much appreciated.

I seriously want an army that has the Chaplain Dread as an HQ choice... I'm thinking Black Templar or Grey Knights/Daemon Hunters
