I have the same issue. Last battle I had 4 dark lances (it was only a 600pt match) which happened to be the last things standing and were finally killed 6th turn.

I had at least 2 and generally 4 dark lances firing every turn, and over the entire game their kill tally was a single basic marine. It's almost enough to make me go wych cult...

Is it just me, or are the Dark Eldar having a BIGTIME renaissance across the country due to the arrival of IG and folks finally adjusting to 5th Edition?

Its nice to see them getting some respect after all these years.

Indeed, I see more and more Dark Eldar talk all the time. I've had the models for a while but never really did much with them until lately, so I'm contributing to the resurgence as well.

I keep thinking about it but I dont like the current warrior models compared to current stuff (though they were great in their time) I would be pretty tempted to buy some eldar and convert while using DE vehicles as they are still awesome :)

I've seen some pretty sweet conversions for warriors that are Guardians with very select bits from the DE Warriors swapped out. Basically the not-ridiculous helmets, and the weapons.

Looked pretty cool.

Aye I bought myself a combat patrol of almost every race towards the end of 4th ed as I wanted some variety and to get some new people into the game with small scale fights...and loved playing the Dark Eldar...and the Tau come to think of it. But now we are in a 5th ed world and I keep looking for something to drag me away from my orks...sadly it isnt space marines yet, a huge pity when I have around 4000pts of the buggers.
