I've seen those particular buildings in person. They are pretty cool-- some weighty resin or ceramic and easily convertible between a ruin and an intact building.

The only thing I didn't like about them is that if you bump them they have a tendency for the top part to tip or slide a little since it is just held on by its own weight.

You can see the lines that differentiates to the "top" part for the intact building and the bottom ruins piece.

What's the pricing on them?

I'd consider it lucky, since most of the time it is cold enough at 29P to snow, but is just cold and damn windy.

Amen to that, brother. I've been snowed on in the Mojave at 29 Palms (the Marine's NTC) AND I was snowed on in Iraq. Yep, first snowfall in 80yrs and I was "lucky" enough to be in it.

It snows in the Mojave Desert too. Anyone who has been to NTC in the winter knows that.

"Desert" is defined by precipitation including snow, not just by liquid rain.
Much of Antarctica is a desert, but that's because it gets very little snow. But when it does snow it stays there for a very long time.
