I do not trust translation sites so I provide my own translation. Not that I love the wolvies, or I do have anything to do with it, because I only play with Orks, but as I know spanish pretty well I give you my humble tribute:
Now that I read carefully this spanish information its faults on spellling are gargantuan.
"- Todo el ejercito mantendrá la regla de contraataque y todos menos los los garras sangrientas, irán con la regla de disparar con una mano "pero algo mas especial":"
- All the army will maintain the rule of countercharge and all but Bloodclaws will get the rule of shooting one-handed "but with something more special."
"En principo parece ser que le querian dar el equipo completo como hicieron con otros codex (bolter, pistola y Arma de CaC) pero al final parece que podrian haber optado porque "cualquier miniatura con esta regla y armada con un BOLTER (nada de rifles de plasma) pueda hacer fuego rápido y asaltar ese mismo turno". Ahi es na..."
- At first it seemed that they wanted to give full equipment like they did with other Codex (Bolter, Bolt Pistol and Close combat weapon) but at the end it seemed that they might opted because "any miniature with this rule, equipped with a bolter (disregarding Plasma rifles) could Rapid-fire and assault the same turno. So a big no.
"- Los garras van con HA 4 (al parecer mantienen la HP 3) y cambian su regla actual por asalto rabioso."
- Bloodclaws go with Weapons Skill 4 (it seems they keep Ballistic Skill at 3) and change their actual rule for furious charge.
"- Los colmillos largos al parecer van a ser muy muy buenos. Segun comentan, no venden muchos devastadores marines y menos aún de colmillos largos, por lo tanto podrian potenciarlos bastante. Por lo visto a parte de mantener su regla actual (dividir el fuego entre dos unidades), el lider de la jauria tambien daria a la unidad la regla de implacables. De todos los rumores este es el que mas que cuesta creerme."
- Long fangs might seem pretty good. According to recent comments GW does not sell well nor devastorts nor Long fangs, so it seems logical thaty they would boost them incredibly. In addition of keeping their actual rule (able to divide fire into two units) the leader of the pack will give them, as well, the rule of stubborn. Of all the rumors available this is the one that I believe less.
"- La guardia del lobo tambien será bastante potenciada, pero solo se ha a filtrado que tendran toda una pagina con configuraciones de equipo."
- Wolf Guard will also be boosted greatly, but we only have at the moment one page with equipment configurations.
"- Lo que se comento de un Bjorn de multiples blindajes 14 (aún no se sabe a ciencia cierta por cuantos lados pero frontal contad con ello)."
- What was commented about a Bjorn of multiple 14 armor values (it is yet unknown if all of its armor will be as this, but the front side, count on it).
"- Ragnar por lo visto a a ser un energumeno de cuidao. Aparte de un buen perfil, su inclusion en ejercito daria a este ligeros y a la unidad a la que se una armas aceradas y +1 ataque.- En cuanto a fechas casi con seguridad serán el codex de octubre y se presentarán todas las novedades en el Games day inglés que cae por esas fechas."
- It seems that Ragnar will be someone to regard with care. In addition to his neat profile, his inclusion in an army will give it fleet and the unit in which he is joined will be granted with Rending claws and one extra attack. Considering the dates certainly the Codex will be released in October, it will be presented in the English Games Day, which will be available by that time.
Peace. B.

Btw.. This was from google translate.. So I dont think ragnar will have attack +1 and "sidewalks"lol
I assume "claws are with HA4" are blood claws and its in relation to their attacks..
The thing about "claws" seems to be true grit type of ability:?
Long fangs need to be better because they dont sell? Well maybe they can make devastators not totally suck next time too

LR with assault cannon sponsons? If twin-linked with hull-mounted twin-linked, that's a bit of dakka. Now, the question becomes, with three twin-linked assault cannons, do you bother with the multi-melta turret, or just put a storm bolter up there?
The whole "saga > equipment" thing is still vague to me, as I don't play WFB, but it sounds cool in theory. Actual practice will depend on how many times Jervis gets to do his "keep it simple, stupid" stick on it. Variety is the spice of life and hobby, IMHO. Could this apply to Wolf Lords special rules, in addition to wargear?
Skyriders? Alright. I'll take a fancy new name for my jump troops. A pack of jump packers just sounded a little off anyhow. The question is, are they still Blood Claws, or not?
Now that there's some translations, here are a few additional thoughts:
That first bit looks like it's referring to both counter-attack and the bolter/boltpistol +ccw rule. But one could also read into it enough to wonder if True Grit is again going to be tweaked for the Sons of Russ. I remember my biggest beef with the new Grit being that it didn't apply to combi-weapons like the old Grit did. Could this be a rollback on that for the Wolves?
Blood Claws get WS 4 and furious charge. This has been a rumor for years, even before they were working on the dex. It just makes sense.
Am I mistranslating and inferring from the offered translations, or in addition to Split Fire remaining and Relentless possibly being in the cards, does it look like the pack leader might provide Pinning?
A page's worth of configurations to the Wolf Guard? Thank you for not nerfing our wargear list completely. I'll wait to see how much of the page is eaten up by imagery and not by meaty loadouts before I get any more effusive in my thanks, though....
Ragnar gives Fleet and Outflank? Ouch. Or is it Rending? Either way, Ragnar just got a lot prettier, and it's a good thing they're redoing the model.
A Land Raider with three twin-linked assault cannons is just begging for the Terminus Ultra treatment to give it two more that aren't twin-linked. Just a thought.

Native Spanish translation (but not native English, so treat me kindly) ;-) From our fellow enthusiasts overseas there is also this:
- All the army will keep the "counterattack" rule and all units (excluding Blood Claws) will have "shoot with one hand" but "something a bit more special" (textually)
- It seems that the idea was to give them full-equip (bolter, boltgun, CCW), but finally it seems that they have instead decided that "any miniature with this rule and with bolter (no plasma rifle) can rapid fire and assault the same turn. "Almost nothing".... (sarcasm, of course).
- Claws are WS4 (it seems that they keep BS3), and change their present rule for futious charge.
- Long fangs are told to be very good. As is told, GW are not selling so much Devasators, and fewer of Long Fangs, so they want to boost them up. It seems that, apart from keeping their present rule (split fire to two objectives), the leader will give them the rule... ¿relentless? (i don't know the name of that rule in English, it is the one that allow you to move and fire heavy or rapid fire weapons as if not moved, and also assault the same turn). Of all the rumours, this is the most unbelieveable for me.
- Wolf Guard will be also quite boosted, but the only thing that has leaked about it is that they will have a complete page of the book for them with "equipement configurations".
-Bjorn with some AV 14 (still unknown which sides, but Front Side for sure will be 14)
- It seems that Ragnar will be... how to translate "energúmeno de cuidao".... a very brute dude. He will have good stats, will give his army ¿fleet? (the rule that allows you to assalut after running in the same turn) and +1attack.
- Talking about releasing date, codex in october and news will be presented in Games Day UK also in that dates.
That's all, friends, hope this translation is better than the Google one and fills any gap remaining. Keep in mind that I'm notnative speaker, nor English language user when playing, nor even very familiar with Space Wolves, so maybe I miswrote any unit name or rule...

"-Space Wolves ICs are equipped in a method broadly similar to WFB Vampire Counts characters. You basically build a "Saga" for your hero, which fluff wise lists his heroic deeds, and grants various sets of package-deal special abilities."
This makes me astoundingly happy.
joffzuckerman

Here's my attempt as a Spanish Speaker:
The whole army retains the counter attack USR, but the body guard (wolf guard body guard) have something extra. They (WGBG) started off with the standard codex options (bolter, bolter pistol, CCW and so on), but it looks like they will have the option to fire rapid weapons (no mention of plasma weapons) and still assault. Not bad… (indeed!)
Blood claws will have weapon skill of 4 but a BS of 3 and furious charge.
Long Fangs are supposed to really, really good. The thought is that GW doesn’t sell a lot of devastators marines and even less long fangs and so they are planning on upgrading them to make them more attractive. Apparently, Long Fangs will keep their ability to split fire, but also the leader will make them stubborn. Of all the rules changes, this is the hardest to believe.
Wolf Guard will also get a boost, but the only information that’s filtered out is that they will have an entire page of configurations and wargear .
As reported, Bjorn will have front armor of 14, but no information on what his other armor facings will be.
Ragnar, is going to be insane. In addition to a very good profile, he makes the squad he is with fleet, rending and plus 1 attack.
The codex is set for release in October with all the details to be presented at Games Day UK.

Some translations are saying Stubborn for Long Fangs, others Relentless.
Can someone with fluency and maybe a copy of the BRB en Espanol give us some deconfliction here?
If Relentless, it makes sense, but is fairly uber. It does counteract the lack of heavy weapons, though, by making ours able to get where they're needed and still be useful more often. This is obvious, even to me, who has only played a handful of 5E games.
If Stubborn, I'd be interested in hearing how that is going to help the Long Fangs, particularly given their small squad size. Any older wolves wanna tee off on these particulars?
Mordakai

Mordakai, thank you. Sweet Emperor's platinum USB port cleaning kit, that's sick. Relentless and Split Fire. All they need to do is allow for them to have some pet Fenrisian wolves as ablative wounds--er, I mean, pets--and they'd be perfectly vicious.
Even without it, the Long Fangs now become a lot more interesting. Yes, more powerful, but if what we're seeing here is the totality of the changes, they're still fragile and low model count per unit, so I think the "pwn" factor is mitigated. But the ability to scoot-and-shoot with the heavy weapons finally make these guys a viable alternative to a Predator or Land Raider, a very viable alternative indeed.

Translation:
The army will maintain the counterattack rule, also, everyone, except for the Blood Claws, will get something similar to True Grit "but with something special".
At first glance it looks like they will give them all the regular field equipment of the newer marine Codices (bolter, pistol and close combat weapon), however, they can have a new option " any miniature with this rule and armed with a BOLTER (nothing mentions plasma rifles) can rapid fire and assault the same turn".
Blood Claws will have a WS 4 and a BS 3 and get furious charge.
Long Fangs look very good. For the most part, not many space marine devastator marines are selling, much less Long Fangs, however they have a great potential. At first glance, it looks like they will maintain their split fire rule; the pack leader will give the unit preferred enemy. The last part is hard to believe.
The wolf guard also has great potential, but the only thing that has filtered down is a whole page of equipment options.
So far it has been said Bjorn will have AV 14 on more than one side, however, only the front is confirmed.
Ragnar at first glance will be like a demon possessed. Aside from a good profile, he will give +1 attack to the unit he is with and any nearby units. It is almost certain that the Codex will be released in October at the UK Games Day that same month.

Translation of the Spanish article:
- The entire army will use the counter attack special rule, and all but the Blood Claws will get True Grit.
Basically, it seems that they wanted to equip the Wolves as they did with other codecies (bolter, bolt pistol and close combat weapon) but as it turns out, it seems that they could have opted for "any model with this rule and armed with a boltgun (not a plasma gun) can rapid fire and assault that turn." - The Blood Claws get WS 4 (apparently kept the BS 3) and change its current rule by rabid assault. (<----- Not sure what this means for how berserk charge will work)
- The Long Fangs are apparently going to be very, very good. Since devastator marines do not sell very well, and much less Long Fangs, they will probably be strengthened considerably. Apparently a part from keeping the existing rule (split fire between two targets), the leader of the pack would also provide the rule of hitting (accuracy?). Of all the rumors in circulation, this is the hardest to believe.
- The Wolf Guard are also quite enhanced, but only has a filter (<----- not sure what that means) that will have a page with all equipment configurations.
- At least one of Bjorn's armor values will be 14 (not yet known exactly how many sides, but the front for sure).
- Ragnar will therefore be portrayed as a "dangerous lunatic." (the word for "lunatic could mean "wild man or berserker... I just like the sound of "dangerous lunatic") Besides a good profile, his inclusion in the army would give light and unity to be a weapon attack +1 and sidewalks. (This is tricky... it seems that Ragnar will give a pack he leads a +1 attack, and possibly fleet of foot)

Peace.

" According to recent comments GW does not sell well nor devastorts nor Long fangs,"
...and even less Long Fangs...
Do I get a prize??? No..??? Nothing??? ok, ill just creep back to my cave :)
Well, perhaps the satisfaction of watching me exiled back to my penitent's cell to study Low Gothic grammar and the translations of various languages of the ancients, while I repeatedly recalibrate my ocular implants and scourge myself with kukud.
Bad serf! Lobotimization and arco-flagellation for you!
That happened to me. Fortunately, I think I've finally banished it from my memory through intense physical training and psycho-doctrination
All I can say, It's about time the Space Wolves got some love.

Apparently a part of keeping your existing rule (divide the fire between two units), the leader of the pack to the unit would also provide the rule of hitting. Of all the rumors that this is the more it costs to believe.

I assume "claws are with HA4" are blood claws and its in relation to their attacks..
The thing about "claws" seems to be true grit type of ability:?
Long fangs need to be better because they dont sell? Well maybe they can make devastators not totally suck next time too
"energumeno de cuidado" means badass :P and gives fleet.
Next why do we need another LR variant? Doesnt the crusader already have a twin linked assault cannon?
Rift Knight
I don't like static play style - like IG so hope SW will need lot of movement and strategic thinking.

Holly crap on a cracker that would be awesome!
Also, taking the Russ out of the list? Booooooo.
Good night.
long fangs wandering about blasting the hell out of stuff. ho ho ho FREEEM!!
like what i have seen from the new release of guard, everyone will suddenly buy up all the space wolf crap that gw releases. if you want to be a wolf, DONT EAT OUT OF THE MANS HAND
jk, space wolves are amazing and badass
Just a thought.
lol, a repercussionator would be great.
Rift Knight
From our fellow enthusiasts overseas there is also this:
Rift Knight
This makes me astoundingly happy.
Stubborn=Testarudos
The original post says "implacables", so it is "relentless". 100% sure as I am Spaniard and I have my Spanish BRB by my side...
Lash Prince + Battle Cannon anyone?
Which were taken from the now proven to be false rumors thread posted by Shadowphrakt. That devolved into wishlisting.
Rumor fail.
IMO the new codex sounds pretty dang cool except for a little tidbits hear an there... for example SW dont take JumpPacks; fluff wise Space Wolves fight on there feet "..like Russ intended" an the Wolf Rider thing just sounds stupid >_< though the thought that i can "build-a-saga" for my commander sounds pretty dang cool.
If any read Index Astartes in one of the Volumes they mention a Tank Variation that fills the gap between Rhino and Land Raider; just throwing that out there if any one has any information...
- The entire army will use the counter attack special rule, and all but the Blood Claws will get True Grit.
Basically, it seems that they wanted to equip the Wolves as they did with other codecies (bolter, bolt pistol and close combat weapon) but as it turns out, it seems that they could have opted for "any model with this rule and armed with a boltgun (not a plasma gun) can rapid fire and assault that turn." There is na ...
- The Blood Claws get WS 4 (apparently kept the BS 3) and change its current rule by rabid assault.
- For dates almost certainly be the codex of October and will be presented in all the news English Games Day which falls on those dates.
