You have to play the same list in each of the 3 games (like an RTT). You can changes lists or even Armies should you advance to the semis.

Cassius with a Termie assault squad (3 LC, 2 TH/SH) in a standard Landraider kitted with a multi-melta and HK missile...with Chronus (immune to shaken/stunned). Ironclad dreadnought in a drop pod. Amazing how many people ignore a drop pod...costing them a battle point in mission 1. 4 troops, 2 with meltas 2 with flamers; 4 missiles. Sgts kitted with power weapons and melta bombs. 4 Razorbacks (TLHB). Dependong on opponent I can combat squad for land grabbing or keep them together to deny kill points. 3 Vindicators. Nothing like 3 S10 pie plates to keep the heavies occupied until the melta units move in. In support is an Inquisitor with hood and retinue (3 Acolytes 1 IG Vet). This is the old school hood not limited by range. Emperers word psychic (must pass leadership to assault). Acolytes in power armour kitted for close combat. They can bum a lift in a spare Razorback and take care of any pesking Heavy Weapons teams floating around. Add a Dominion Squad (2 melta 2 flamer, Big Sister for the annoying faith point) in an Immolator. They bust open transports and the Immolator toasts the conents.
I may consider dropping Cassius and the Inq and pick up Calgar. For no other reason than he is so effen hard to kill. Hide him with the Termies and thats alot of pain for Big Demon Princes and Night bringers.
Critiques always welcome.

I didn't think Inq could bum rides from other codex's. Might want to check that.
BuFFo

Of course they can.
KellyJ

5th edition rules. While your still limited to the types of transports an Inq can buy (and the older cost) they can now use any other transport that happens to be empty.
Ask Your Momma
In correct, some codicies state certain units can only ride in their dedicated transport, and some state dedicated transports can only carry their squad, read the GW FAQ for the BRB, it's right there. Codex takes presidence and some units can only ride in their purchased dedicated transport since their rules state it exactly. I don't think this is a case of that since most of those issues are in Black Templars and Blood Angels.

Yo Jwolf, I am also going to be using Dark Eldar in the 'Ard Boyz...
If you want any advice, just email me, we can exchange IM chat info, and lets talk about some Dark Eldar :)
I got my 2500 point list ready to test tomorrow....
18 Kill Points
31 Dark Lance type weapons 9 Disentegrators
Ready to bust the vehicle meta game like no tomorrow :)
RealGenius
Is that 18 normal KP or 18 "special" KP for Scenario 2?
Saark
It'd have to be normal. Six troops with Raiders and a single HQ is 17 KP under the mission rules. An average list with HQ/Retinue/Transport, 5 Troops/Transports, 2 Heavy, 2 Elite or Fast works out to about 24 KP under the mission rules.
Of course the "Busted Vehicle Metagame" being done on the backs of papier mache raiders gives me giggles.
BuFFo
If you think the DE 'busting' vehicles gives you giggles, I can't help you there.
Saark
The giggle comes from an army tooled up with Lance technology in order to deal with everyone else's armor has their own "armor" dealt with by the sidearms of anyone but Guardsmen. Bolt Pistol, Shuriken Pistol, Slugga, you know. The things most armies have one to a trooper at no points, whilst you break your arm patting yourself on the back for wedging in 31 of the comparable role.
Irony. Dig?
BuFFo
No I don't.
So you are saying not to take Raiders or Ravagers?
I am failing to see how your point has any bearing in actual game play.
Saark
There wasn't a "point" it was a side comment on the irony of the "busting the vehicle metagame" hyperbole. It was you who took that to mean something more than a side comment.
That I have had to take not one but two posts to explain the irony of "cracking concrete with jackhammer wielding eggshells" makes me wonder.
BuFFo
5th edition is an edition of vehicles everywhere. That is the metagame. You assume the guy you are facing will have more vehicles now than in 4th.
Dark Eldar busts the vehicle metagame because Dark eldar, for over a decade, could always fit the most amount of anti tank weaponry in any list of any army. So since the dark eldar has already been busting tanks for 11 years, the prospect of players relying on rhinos and chimeras over feet means by not even tweaking our lists, Dark Eldar, but the very nature of how the army is designed, is going to have a field day busting tanks left and right.
Conversely, in 5th, the metagame calls for more melta weaponry over lascanons. What does that mean? You have to get within 12"/6" to put the hurt on a DE vehicle in 5th edition instead of the 48" a lascannon would do automatically in previous editions.
So as I have posted here somewhere, and on my blog, facing an army like Plague Marines, Marines, or vet heavy IG has proven to be easy for me in my local store to table because the plagues have to drive up to me and get close to bust my ravagers and raiders while I just move 12" and blow their transports out of the water.
Now that is what goes into the vehicle busting metagame with DE. So you can try to bust my eggshells with your melta guns, but you are never getting that close.
I know what you are going to say "blah blah I will bust your raiders regardless". That's fine. I am speaking from real world experience going into a real world tourney where everyone is taking 1) transports and 2) melta weaponry.
So I know what the metagame truth is in my area. And as a DE player, I couldn't be playing in a better environment....
Well, except for one that allows my Wych Cult to consolidate into fresh enemies lol.
Sathos
Thats a nice long post that misses the initial "point" lol...
What he was saying is that Dark eldar need some extremely powerful kit to take out other race's weapons....
But Other races can take down DE vehicles with fairly standard infantry weapons...I do it with big shootas personally.
This creates the metagame of the DE having to dodge EVERYTHING the enemy has so it can take out vehicles... while the enemy just has to dodge your lance wielders.

43 KP? Ouch.....
Tad
I'm playing Eldar and so far the hardest scenario for me is the first one where there are objectives all over the place.
In the second mission, would one have to kill both the Farseer and the Council to get the 5KP's or would they just need to kill the Farseer?
bushidoredpanda
Actually, I believe in this case the farseer would be worth 5, and the warlocks would be an additional 5.
Tad

archont

The Warlocks are not a retinue, but a squad. They are a single Unit, within the HQ area, not taking up a slot.
jwolf_bols

The warlocks are a unit, 5KP. The Farseer is a unit, 5KP. That's 10KP for a Seer Council.
Tad

jwolf_bols
Or just play and have a good time. I'm sure you're nowhere near my 43 KP for the second mission, and I don't think 43 makes winning impossible.
Don't let the little things trip you up; play and have fun. Worst case you get to play 3 games of crazy 40K, and that's not really a bad worst case.
bushidoredpanda

That's what I plan to do! Demons are too random and wacky to be reliable enough for ard boys.
Xzandrate
Kind of nasty huh? My original thought had been to use a 6 grot army to accompany various units, but that one mission changed my mind. Giving up a potential 60 KP was too much.
My alternate Vect list has brought me down to 41 instead, slightly more managable.
As far as tactics, start on the flanks, try and commit virtually everything, or move it in that direction. Don't just plan to kill something, plan to overkill it.
Havik110
yeah, with Dark eldar, you never hit anything with just 1 squad (unless you are attacking guardians with no warlock.)
You throw as much as you can into a unit so that you can wipe it out on their turn...its why incubi can hurt you some times...they like to kill things as soon as you charge them...
Allison

Considering that the army you use for 'Ard Boyz has to be "equipped as modelled", GW tourneys have always been a major turn-off for me. I like fielding different armies, and having piles of models "just in case" isn't cost effective when you're on a budget. Maybe I want to field three squadrons of Leman Russ Punishers, but I sure as hell don't want 9 Punisher models, especially when I want to pound orks with pie-plates.
Joe Kopena

Jwolf...this is the DE list I'm taking
Lilith with 8 wyches and a succubus (drugs according to the enemy) 6 squads of 8 wyches and a succubus (so 9 wyches total on the raider) 3 sniper squads 3 ravagers with 3 disintegrators 2 groups of 5 warp beasts
Notes (all of my wyches have plasma grenades and 2 groups have haywire, all have 1 blaster except for liliths, all wyches are on raiders)
in the end thats 64 wyches 13 dark lances 9 disintegrators
the warp beasts are just there to get shot at.
I am trying to think of how to change the list (subtract the warp beasts and sniper squads and add another HQ with retinue)
What do you guys think.
Also I know the guy Gareth that won last year. I haven't seen him around in months so I don't know what he's planning on doing. I hate his blood crushers

I was having a real problem building a 2500 point kabal army raider army, I didnt want to run 18 incubi to fill out the list. I was thinking of running -a tooled out archon with drazhar, a master and 7 incubi (if they get into close combat they kill everything, I have easily wiped out a 30 man squad of orks when they charged me) (all the trimmings) -tooled out dracite with wych retinue -3 groups of 10 wyches tooled out -6 raider squads with blasters, cannons, horrorfexes, (or 2 20 man sniper squads and 4 raider squads) -3 ravagers at this point i am out of ideas. I can use 10 bikes but they suck if you use them in small squads and they break and hit the tables edge really really fast.

Havik110

not to mention the splinter rifle is s3 and you only have 2 attacks on the charge 3T and 5 armor in CC...I played with4 groups of 20 SOB the other day. I thought they were anti horde until 120 orks on foot and 28 in trucks taught me otherwise (and that was with bolters over Splinter rifles

Hang on, you're taking a dracite in a Kabal? Fairly sure that you can only take dracites in a cult list, and certainly not if you're taking an archon.
Unless this tourni has some funny rules I've missed, obviously...
Havik110
nope...you can take dracites in Kabal lists. old issue. read the book, it says as many dracons or dracites as the mission allows for kabals. You could take an arcite as long as you took a dracon and said he was leading and set up the list the correct way. as it is that was the 1st list i thought of but i'm running a wych cult

Anyone else think there is an error in the scenarios? Scenario 1 has night fight (12" deployment). Scenario 2 has dawn of war and NO night fight. This is a HUGE advantage to second player. They can start everthing off the table, see how their opponent has deployed, counter it and smash the heck out of it on their first turn. Normally this is countered due to the the Night Fight rule. Not in 'ard boyz. To make things worse for Player 1 - it's the modified KP mission. Well, DE players - GW just gave you a win if you get 2nd turn. Move on 12", fire dark lances to destroy all vehicles first (don't forget your night sheilds) and clean up on turn 2. Drop pod armies don't stand a chance if you go second.
BuFFo
Actually, GW gave 'DE' a win when they made the codex.
We don't need the advantage you say 'we' have. It will just help us table an opponent on turn 3 instead of 4.
No big deal. Just another day in the life of DE.
No, there are no errors in the missions. They are written as meant to be.
Joe Kopena
I don't think that's correct. Scenario 2 has Night Fight in turn 1 because that's an intrinsic rule of the Dawn of War deployment. If they did not want Night Fighting in that scenario, it would have to specifically say "No Night Fight in Turn 1." It only mentions Night Fighting in the first scenario because it is not otherwise part of the Pitched Battle deployment.
BuFFo
You aren't playing DoW from the main rule book.
You are playing the scenarios from the 'ard boyz, complete with their own rules.
Just like KPs for mission 2 replace the KPs from the main rule book.
Saark
When they say use the "Dawn of War", they mean it, otherwise they would have just said "Divide the table in half and deploy up to the center line." Dawn of War comes with the Trops/HQ limit and Night Fight . This is different from where they specify "Modified Kill Points." In which they go on to explain the rules changes.
Why use a nifty name for a rule only to have it mean "ignore 2/3rds of the rule and just use a line on the board."
R.I.F.
RyanF
I don't think they're counting "intrinsic rules" here. They clearly post that Infiltrate, Deep Strike, Outflank and Reserves are used in each mission, which are normally allowed in all games. Can you still use scout?
Saark
In Scenario 1, there is nothing that would intrinsically grant Night Fight (since it's not Dawn of War) so to use it, they add it. And, as per page 92. "All standard missions use these special rules."
Since Ard Boyz are not standard missions, the only way you can use those rules (infiltrate, outflank, reserves) is if specificed in the mission instructions.
Joe Kopena
I would argue that you can Scout because it's part of the usual deployments and not specifically disabled by the 'Ard Boyz modifications. They wouldn't so precisely identify the scenarios as modifications of the standard setups unless their intent was to carry rules over unless specifically stated otherwise. By the logic above excluding Night Fight from the DoW scenario, there are actually basically no rules for deployment in the 'Ard Boyz packet, just cute labels for it. Yor example, by that argument, it doesn't actually say which table halves to use in the second scenario, so I could deploy my forces on the same half as my opponent... They're clearly pointing to the existing rules and making some modifications, so Night Fight carries through in the DoW setup.
I think the special rules are just listed explicitly to make clear that they are in play, just like it also mentions Seize the Initiative. It's slightly unfortunate that they list them because it raises that point about Scouts, but I would be disappointed in any opponent arguing that the Scouts rule was not intended to be in play. Since Infiltrate and Scout are USRs rather than a mission and deployment rule (such as Deep Strike) I would argue that they always apply unless specifically disbarred, but there is admittedly room there for a long, silly argument.

While I'm thinking that I will take Space Marines becuase I don't have all the models built I was thinking that this list might bring some pain:
Asbrudeal Vect 9 Wyches with plasma grenades, 2 blasters, & Wych weapons 1 Succubus with haywire grenade, antagonizer, combat drug dispencer, goblet of spite in a raider with a Horrorfex, Nighshields, slave snares, torture Amp, Trophy Rack
9 Wyches with plasma grenades, 2 blasters, & Wych weapons 1 Succubus with haywire grenade, antagonizer, crucible of Malediction, combat drug dispencer, archangel of pain in a raider with a Horrorfex, Nighshields, slave snares, torture Amp, Trophy Rack
9 Wyches with plasma grenades, 2 Blasters, & Wych weapons 1 Succubus with haywire grenade, antagonizer, combat drug dispencer, shadow field, in a raider with a Horrorfex, Nighshields, slave snares, torture Amp, Trophy Rack
5 man raider squad with dark lance in a raider with Nighshields and slave snares
5 man raider squad with dark lance in a raider with Nighshields and slave snares
5 man raider squad with dark lance in a raider with Nighshields and slave snares
5 man raider squad with dark lance in a raider with Nighshields and Torture Amp
5 man raider squad with dark lance in a raider with Nighshields and Torture Amp
5 man raider squad with dark lance in a raider with Nighshields and Torture Amp
Ravager with 3 Disentegrators with nightshield
Ravager with 3 Disentegrators with nightshield
Ravager with 3 Disentegrators with nightshield
So you have 11 Disentegrators, 16 dark lances, another 6 blasters, and 30 wyches with tooled up succubus running around. The raiders can sit back & shoot or get up close and herd/drag off some slaves if needed.
In the 2nd mission the list gives up 32 Kill points & in the other missions that is down to 22 Kill points.
Plus you have a Armor 14 HQ choice.

Don't take Vect.
This is a melta meta game, meaning vehicles all acrioss the board will have giant targets on their back. vect dies way too easily in 5th thanks to him being Open Topped.
Do what I am doing... Take a Dracon, and 5 warriors, 2 with dark lances on a Raider. There, you got a 4th Ravager of sorts with triple dark lances. heck, take a second Dracon and get a 5th Ravager, both about the same price as Vect.

I'm working out the kinks in my Tyranid force. I wasn't going to go with it (Oh No! Everyone says - You will never kill off enemy armor) but decided that if you hit a tank with a big enough carnifex (or lots of rending) it will probably die anyways.
I leaning towards a tyrant (and maybe guard), and the Stealer HQ squad. Elite is a low end sniper fex and probably warriors. I'm probably using 2 lictors for "deny-ability" on objectives. Troops is looking like 2 units of gaunts, 1 unit of hormagaunts, 1 unit rippers and a unit of stealers. (I like the rippers because they get leaping and can really tie down an enemy fast on turn one. Or just go to ground in cover and contest an objective - note they can't hold it, though) Fast attack is probably ravenors for the deep strike. Heavys is fex fex and zoanthrope. Gaunts will always go for low end kills and terrain, stealers will charge from sides or cover. Dunno for sure, but this is what I"m working on.

I tabled my opponent turn 4. We played the first scenario for the 'Ard Boyz.
Drazhar, Master of Blades is just one giant bad ass. He was ripping through Plague Marines like candy, plus, his ability to switch spots with my Archon after the archon lost his Shadow Field kept the archon alive during the fight with the Plaguies... Of course, first round of combat my archon took his final wound with an overdose of drugs.... It happens lol! Drazhar proceeded to kill all the noise marines without much effort himself.
I never used Drazhar once in 11 years, but now I am going to make room for him in all my Kabal lists. He is just too good.

Alrighty Saark, in life, as an adult, we learn at one point to understand the context of communication.
No where in that post you quoted did I say, as other posters have, anything along the lines of "I have a leet strat but I am not telling anyone"
What I said was "Hey Jwolf, I understand you are new to DE, and you are playing DE in a tournament, so if you would like anything concerning the army you can ask me in private instead of spamming bols like its our personal messaging service."
If he, you, or anyone wants my opinion on dark eldar, on any topic and subject, ask me and i will gladly give out my knowledge here online on bols. Despite all the 40k forums I get banned on, I always respect a webmaster's rules and regulations since i am in their house. If it is okay by the head honcho of bols, of which I assume its bigred, for me to discuss things of a possible spammable nature, such as two way conversations about dark eldar strategies, then I will be MORE than glad to do so!

"I was going to have a go at this poster above but going onto Buff0s 40k blog and seeing a pornograhic cartoon that kids can access"
I think you need to read a dictionary and learn what pornographic means.
And yes, it is MY blog. So guess what?
"s well as his quote "self titled 'best Dark Eldar' player on the face of this mud ball. I can't lose a game if I tried.""
I know in human society it is bad to have confidence. People who feel threatened by confident people label them as arrogant and egotistical.
I posted on my own blog that I am a SELF titles best dark eldar player in the world. Yes, its on my blog, and once again guess what, I am going to write whatever I want on my blog. I know sarcasm and dry humor is above the heads of many anonymous posters, but that can't be helped.
Reality check... I win games at my store, and the players who want to learn the best way to become great players always come to me for lessons. I know the rules, and I make sure my opponent always has fun. As much as you want to lebel me as the bad guy, not one person at my store has a negative opinion about me. We all drink cocke/beers, hang out, lay back and enjoy a fun game of 40k.
I wouldn't mind playing you at all, but then again I am not quick to judge anonymous names on the internet like you do. Come down to central flroida and lets game!
"I have to go along with the idea BuFF0 is not a person I would like to play against not because he is the "'best Dark Eldar' player on the face of this mud ball" but because hes an idiot"

This is funny, funny stuff. There's not a LOL big enough. I must admit to having my own 'moments' with BuFFo, but I gotta say that these pages wouldn't be the same without him. He contributes a word count that rivals the Fly Lords themselves, and at times- such as now, when he's obviously being 'persecuted'- exceeds them! He's never, ever, ever been wrong about anything, as far as he can tell. 'Once again another anonymous online poster creating false gossip about me.' This happens, ummmm....often, I suppose? C'mon, folks- how funny is that? I'm shocked that such a thing could be! Where's the justice? The bottom line is this- if you post on these pages, and you are somehow even slightly in error, BuFFo is here to straighten you out. And if you dare to respond when corrected- you get the snark, no matter how politely phrased that response may be, or how many smilies you add. Every blog, website or whatever has a BuFFo somewhere- but ours is the most BuFFo-y! And besides, he's my son! Love ya, BuFFo. Please, never stop being, uh.....BuFFo-y.

By the way, per LFGS who called GW USA, the second round's 5 pts for HQ only apply to the HQ and the retinue is still worth the 1 KP. Anyone else getting this information? This actually makes a difference on how you make your list!
I see when it comes to it BuFFo is untouchable, any hint of not agreeing with him means your post doesn't appear

That's an interesting claim, especially considering that a fairly substantial portion of THIS thread is people disagreeing with BuFFo. I think looking back through threads, you can see that not agreeing with BuFFo is in no way prohibited, nor is not agreeing with anyone else. We filter for language, spam, and few other things - protecting BuFFo isn't on that list.

Take the portal army, you will have much more success.
If you want any advice, just email me, we can exchange IM chat info, and lets talk about some Dark Eldar :)
I got my 2500 point list ready to test tomorrow....
18 Kill Points
31 Dark Lance type weapons
9 Disentegrators
Ready to bust the vehicle meta game like no tomorrow :)
Of course the "Busted Vehicle Metagame" being done on the backs of papier mache raiders gives me giggles.
Irony. Dig?
So you are saying not to take Raiders or Ravagers?
I am failing to see how your point has any bearing in actual game play.
That I have had to take not one but two posts to explain the irony of "cracking concrete with jackhammer wielding eggshells" makes me wonder.
In the second mission, would one have to kill both the Farseer and the Council to get the 5KP's or would they just need to kill the Farseer?
Don't let the little things trip you up; play and have fun. Worst case you get to play 3 games of crazy 40K, and that's not really a bad worst case.
My alternate Vect list has brought me down to 41 instead, slightly more managable.
As far as tactics, start on the flanks, try and commit virtually everything, or move it in that direction. Don't just plan to kill something, plan to overkill it.
You throw as much as you can into a unit so that you can wipe it out on their turn...its why incubi can hurt you some times...they like to kill things as soon as you charge them...
Lilith with 8 wyches and a succubus (drugs according to the enemy)
6 squads of 8 wyches and a succubus (so 9 wyches total on the raider)
3 sniper squads
3 ravagers with 3 disintegrators
2 groups of 5 warp beasts
Notes (all of my wyches have plasma grenades and 2 groups have haywire, all have 1 blaster except for liliths, all wyches are on raiders)
in the end thats 64 wyches
13 dark lances
9 disintegrators
the warp beasts are just there to get shot at.
I am trying to think of how to change the list (subtract the warp beasts and sniper squads and add another HQ with retinue)
What do you guys think.
Also I know the guy Gareth that won last year. I haven't seen him around in months so I don't know what he's planning on doing. I hate his blood crushers
Other than that, good luck!
didnt want to run 18 incubi to fill out the list. I was thinking of
running
-a tooled out archon with drazhar, a master and 7 incubi (if they get into
close combat they kill everything, I have easily wiped out a 30 man squad of
orks when they charged me) (all the trimmings)
-tooled out dracite with wych retinue
-3 groups of 10 wyches tooled out
-6 raider squads with blasters, cannons, horrorfexes, (or 2 20 man sniper
squads and 4 raider squads)
-3 ravagers
at this point i am out of ideas. I can use 10 bikes but they suck if you
use them in small squads and they break and hit the tables edge really
really fast.
charge 3T and 5 armor in CC...I played with4 groups of 20 SOB the other day. I thought they were anti horde until 120 orks on foot and 28 in trucks taught me otherwise (and that was with bolters over Splinter rifles
Unless this tourni has some funny rules I've missed, obviously...
says as many dracons or dracites as the mission allows for kabals. You
could take an arcite as long as you took a dracon and said he was leading
and set up the list the correct way. as it is that was the 1st list i
thought of but i'm running a wych cult
Archon + all the trimmings
2 Warriors w/ dark lances
2 Incubi
Drazhar master of blades
Raider w/ horror and trophy
10 Mandrakes
9 Wyches w/ all the trimmings
1 Succubus w/Goblet, Combat Drugs, Agoniser, Poison Blade, Crucible, HG
Raider /w Horror, Trophy
9 Wyches w/ all the trimmings
1 Succubus w/Combat Drugs, Agoniser, Poison Blade, HG, Trophy, Angel
Raider /w Horror, Trophy
5 Warriors w/ DL and Blaster
Raider /w Horror, Trophy
5 Warriors w/ DL and Blaster
Raider /w Horror, Trophy
20 Warriors w/ 2x DL and 2x Blasters
20 Warriors w/ 2x DL and 2x Blasters
20 Warriors w/ 2x DL and 2x Blasters
20 Warriors w/ 2x DL and 2x Blasters
3x Ravagers w/ 3x Dissies
We don't need the advantage you say 'we' have. It will just help us table an opponent on turn 3 instead of 4.
No big deal. Just another day in the life of DE.
No, there are no errors in the missions. They are written as meant to be.
You are playing the scenarios from the 'ard boyz, complete with their own rules.
Just like KPs for mission 2 replace the KPs from the main rule book.
Why use a nifty name for a rule only to have it mean "ignore 2/3rds of the rule and just use a line on the board."
R.I.F.
Since Ard Boyz are not standard missions, the only way you can use those rules (infiltrate, outflank, reserves) is if specificed in the mission instructions.
Asbrudeal Vect
9 Wyches with plasma grenades, 2 blasters, & Wych weapons 1 Succubus with haywire grenade, antagonizer, combat drug dispencer, goblet of spite in a raider with a Horrorfex, Nighshields, slave snares, torture Amp, Trophy Rack
Or just go to ground in cover and contest an objective - note they can't hold it, though)
Fast attack is probably ravenors for the deep strike. Heavys is fex fex and zoanthrope.
Gaunts will always go for low end kills and terrain, stealers will charge from sides or cover.
Dunno for sure, but this is what I"m working on.
Later!
HQ - Captain, Relic Blade, Space Marine Bike
HQ - Command Squad, STD, CHAMP, 2-Plasma, BIkes
HQ - Libriarian Epistolary Space Marine Bike
Elites - Sternguard (10 man unit) Drop Pod w/ Locator Beacon
Troops - 5 man Bike squad with 2 meltaguns
Troops - 5 man Bike squad with 2 meltaguns
Troops - 10 man tactical squad combi-plasma, plasma gun, plasma cannon
mounted in Rhino w/ EA
Troops - 10 man tactical squad combi-plasms, plasma gun, plasma cannon

Fast Attack - 10 Man assault squad with SGT w/ PWandPP, 2 PP
Fast Attack - Attack Bike with MM

Heavy Support - Vindicator w/ea
Heavy Support - Vindicator w/ea
Heavy Support - Whirlwind
Don't ask for tactics, I"m not sharing until after the prelims
If your using codex marines as I assume you are from the relic blade.
You mean the strategy of achieving the mission objectives? LULZ
"Yo Jwolf, I am also going to be using Dark Eldar in the 'Ard Boyz...
If you want any advice, just email me, we can exchange IM chat info, and lets talk about some Dark Eldar :)"
Mr. Pot, I believe Mr. Kettle wants a word with you about Super Duper Sekrit Stratagies.
Mr. Cliche, I believe another anonymous internet user is using you out of context yet again just for the opportunity to type something perceived as witty and snarky. Er saarky. Snarky, saarky, same thing.
I think the chat offer was to help me get my army in gear to do well with it; an offer to share super duper secrets, or at least answer my questions.
It would be another example of Irony, but that seems to be a difficult subject to the "big shoes" crowd.
That's a clown reference.
And claims about an over inflated ego is given to me by posters like you.
Thanks!
Guy I agree with you but BuFFo looks just as bad to me.
Once again another anonymous online poster creating false gossip about me.
What have I said about who and where? And please, when if you do happen to find anything, please include whatever post I was responding to at the time. I know people online LOVE to take people they attack out of context, so lets avoid that here. Thanks.
I have to go along with the idea BuFF0 is not a person I would like to play against not because he is the "'best Dark Eldar' player on the face of this mud ball" but because hes an idiot
"I have to go along with the idea BuFF0 is not a person I would like to play against not because he is the "'best Dark Eldar' player on the face of this mud ball" but because hes an idiot"
wait a second... I never insulted anyone on any forum ever for no valid reason. Yet you call me an idiot?
Now here is where the cliche kettle/pot/black comes into play.
Since you posted anonymously and made it that way?
yes, the topic to which you all initially replied to...about some form of tourney? remember it? scroll up lol......
