This means do not higlight or low light the model. We will finish the model with the Army Painter System, so that they all look the same.

I cannot find the name of the army (or is it "40k Radio Marines?") or any fluff. I have been working on a small Marine force that I could donate quite easily, but I want to know if my conversions would fit in. My terminator captain, for example, is a Black Reach terminator with the Empire Knightly Orders laurel head and the power klaw from the BR Warboss. I for one think he looks great, but if the army is supposed to be extremely pious, they probably will use him. Any help finding this stuff out would be appreciated.
